Customer Service is a MUST!!

I don't think that a lot of Indie Cosmetic Companies understand that when having an online business, Customer Service is always a must. I am constantly sickened by the way that some "Business Owners" think it is okay to talk to their customers. I have sat back & watched time & time again while the same "companies" cuss out, belittle, & be down right rude to their customers. Its outrageous! I do not think I have ever seen a group of grown women be so rude & disrespectful. However I suppose if that is the way they want to run their "business" then best of luck to them. I will stick with the Southern Hospitality route. :)
